At our care home we have a great scope of facilities available, and are always looking to keep the lives of our residents as diverse and interesting as possible, with the help of our events co ordinator, we have many annual events and outings, some of which are focused on residents and their families, providing activities that all the family can enjoy. Health and Well being

The health and well being of our residents is of course important to us, that is why we have regular GP, Chiropodists, Physiotherapist, Optician and dentist visits. Each resident has her or his own individual care plans that are regularly revised and updated. We also like to pamper our residents and have, hair and beauty treatments available weekly.

Residents Rooms

All our residential home rooms have television and telephone points and a nurse call system. Residents can bring there own items of furniture and rooms can even be decorated to specification. We also allow well behaved pets. Residents have plenty of choice from a number rooms including lounges with TV and video facilities, our beautiful conservatory or of assisted bath or shower room. We also have a choice of menus too. Special diets are catered for.

Grounds

Our beautiful nursing home is set in 18 acres of countryside, with landscaped gardens, water feature and a patio. The views are stunning. And provide us with a space to host our summer family BBQ, with games and even a bouncy castle for the children to enjoy. Our residents come from many different areas including Hitchin, Luton, Bedford, Stevenage, Letchworth, St Albans, Hertford, Welwyn Garden City, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
