Quality Of Care

Our high standards mean the residents of our nursing home benefit from personalised care, provided by skilled, friendly staff. Whether our residents just need support with everyday tasks or 24-hour skilled nursing assistance. We will design a are plan to suite. We asses each individual, work on their strengths and provide support where its needed in a relaxed caring environment. To ensure the health and well being of our residents we have a number of facilities available to them including regular GP, Chiropodists, Physiotherapist, Optician and dentist visits and well as hair and beauty treatments and days out. We supply nursing care to residents from Hitchin, Luton, Bedford, Stevenage, Letchworth, St Albans, Hertford, Welwyn Garden City, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire and beyond.

Long Term and Permanent Care

Some of our residents have enjoyed living with us for more than
10 years. The relationships between residents careers and nurses
is like one of an extended family.

Short Term and Respite Care

This is offered to those who usually looked after by a relative or career at home or have been in hospital and require convalescence care following discharge. Respite care also gives careers the opportunity to take scheduled holidays or breaks. Short term stays also provide a chance to start a relationship between the individual, the careers and the care home, should a more permanent stay be required in the future.

Intermediate Care

In our view, intermediate is an intensive short term service that is about promoting independence so that people avoid admission to hospital or
can return to their own home after rehabilitation. The program principle of helping people to recover in pleasant surrounding with appropriate care according to individuals needs prior to resuming independent living.
We find this to be a successful practice.
